Transportation from the Airport

People arriving via Pearson Airport will be responsible for arranging their own land transportation.

We recommend you contact Co-Op Taxi wheelchair division at 416-504-7876 at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time to confirm availability.

The Dignity Group also provides a wheel chair service from the airport but they require 48 hours advance notice. The Dignity Group can be reached  416-398-2222 ext 222.

Some of the Dignity Group vehicles can accommodate more than one wheelchair at once.

Transportation Between Venue and Host Hotels - Dignity Group

In the evening from ABYC to hotels, there is a pickup at 9pm (after dinner).

From 12 noon to 7pm there will be a shuttle available at ABYC if anybody needs to get to their host hotel (Delta/Westin).

If there is enough people asking, there is the possibility of arranging a shuttle on Sunday, but I need people to let us know.
